During this appointment we will find out what skin type you are and what type of acne you have. We will discuss your acne history and factors that can be contributing to your breakouts. Your skin will be examined and based upon our findings, we will make our recommendations for which acne products will work best for you.
Starting with a skin and lifestyle analysis, acne treatments are also tailored to each customer. A licensed esthetician gently cleans your skin in advance of in office acne services. Aside from helping to clear the complexion, this process helps the skin more readily absorb any topical applications. Offering value, effective home care products are offered to further treat acne. This comprehensive approach can result in completely clear and acne free skin in just 90 days!

In Office Acne Treatments
In-office acne treatments need to be performed for the following reasons:
1.To allow us to monitor your progress and make changes to your home care routine as needed.
2.To exfoliate the skin so that home care products can penetrate the pore more easily.
3.To lighten dark spots (if needed) that are caused by acne lesions.
4.To hydrate the skin so that it is receptive to home care products. Sometimes these products can dry out the skin somewhat as a client is getting used to them.
5.To extract existing acne impactions
6. For killing acne bacteria inside the pore.
As you go through your process of achieving clear skin on your face and/or body, you will want to come in for treatments on consistent basis as your esthetician will recommend. Each acne treatment has a specific focus for what the skin needs at the time of treatment. Sometimes the skin will need more hydration, other times it will need more anti-bacterial and/or anti-inflammatory action.
Your skin will be analyzed at the beginning of every treatment to assess which treatment would serve you best. Treatments are performed until your skin clears. Usually that takes anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks.
Each Acne treatment is $95
Add-on for back and/or chest treatment - $55
Peels to get rid off acne scarring and pigmentation-$100
It will take approximately 6 to 8 treatments over a 90-day period to get you clear. Come in for your treatments and use the recommended home care products. After your acne is under control, you have to maintain your home-care regimen to keep your acne managed. Many of our current clients come in for a tune up acne treatment every few months just to keep their skin as healthy as possible.
